Welcome to S H U D R A . S U M U . I N !
This blog/site is an addendum to my book ‘I BECAME A SHUDRA’ where people can comment, discuss, or get mad at me for writing the book!
What is an addendum:
An addendum is a document added to an existing contract or agreement to include new terms, conditions, or information without altering the original contract’s language. It serves to expand the scope of the agreement by adding supplementary provisions, such as new services, clarifications, technical specifications, or additional compliance requirements, while keeping the original terms intact. Common uses include adding appliances to a real estate sale agreement, including new deliverables in a service contract, or specifying contingencies like loan approval. Unlike an amendment, which changes existing terms, an addendum is a separate, legally binding document that is typically signed by all parties and attached to the original contract to ensure clarity and enforceability.
